How do I know my size?

The sizing chart right below the size drop down will tell you exactly what size to get based on your measurements. This is a judgment free zone, so feel free to enjoy an extra glass of wine while measuring.

Is this men’s or women’s clothing?

We don’t discriminate and we don’t believe there are only two sexes, so most of our items are unisex. If you are a men’s medium you are likely also an M in our collection. If you are a women’s medium you are likely a S in our collection.

Can I buy gift cards?

Yes! You can purchase gift cards here. Note, these gift cards are only redeemable on Shopthestandard.com, they are not redeemable at any of our properties.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free domestic ground shipping for all orders over $65.

How long will it take to get my order?

Ground Shipping takes around 3-7 business days.  Expedited Shipping should arrive the following business day. Please note, if your order is placed after 3pm EST, the order will be shipped the next business day.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Please review our international shipping policies here on the site. 

Will I get tracking information?

Once your order has been processed for delivery and shipped out from our facilities, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that contains a tracking number. If you don't receive an email, double check your Spam folder!

I need to return my item

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, excluding our Sealy mattresses and foundations and FINAL SALE items, you may return your item within thirty (30) days of receipt. Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. Unfortunately at this time we cannot take returns for international orders.

Sealy Mattresses and Foundations

All Sealy mattresses and foundations are final sale, we do not offer returns or refunds on our Sealy products. But Sealy does offer a 10 year warranty.

At Tempur Sealy, your comfort is as important to us as your guests’ comfort is to you. That’s why we offer one of the industry’s strongest warranties.

Length of limited warranty

Your 10 year limited warranty protects you from the day you purchase your sleep set. In the event that we repair or replace your sleep set, this warranty continues your protection from the original date of purchase.

Limited warranty coverage

Your warranty covers the following items during normal wear:

Mattress

Torn handles, stitches pulled out of the handle where it’s sewn to the mattress, or tears in the mattress fabric where the handles are attached (only if it is determined that handles were not used for moving or carrying the mattress)Coils or wires that are loose or brokenCoils or wires that protrude or rip through the fabricBody indentations of 1½″ or greaterSagging: Your mattress must be continuously supported by a matching foundation, or equivalent, with an appropriate frame. The frame has to include a rigid center support with at least five legs. A rigid center support is equal to a support that extends from the frame to the ground.

Foundation

Splits in the wood frame, except those caused by abuseSqueaks, rattles or other noisesBent, loose or defective beam and / or center support railLoose or broken module wireCompression of modulesUn-stapling of modulesSagging: A proper bed frame must continuously support the foundation. Items and damages not specifically listed in the Warranty Coverage section are not covered:

Can I return my online order in-store?

At this time we cannot accept online returns or exchanges at our brick-and-mortar Standard Shops.

When will I be refunded?

Please allow 10-14 business days from the time your package arrives back to us for a refund to be issued.
