How do I know my size?

The sizing chart right below the size drop down will tell you exactly what size to get based on your measurements. This is a judgment free zone, so feel free to enjoy an extra glass of wine while measuring.

Is this men’s or women’s clothing?

We don’t discriminate and we don’t believe there are only two sexes, so most of our items are unisex. If you are a men’s medium you are likely also an M in our collection. If you are a women’s medium you are likely a S in our collection.

I placed an order and did not receive an email confirmation?

You can always check the status of your order by clicking on My Account in the navigation bar.  Still don’t see it? Email customer service at theshop@standardhotels.com

Can I buy gift certificates?

Online gift cards are coming soon!  In meantime, you can purchase gift certificates by contacting each The Standard location directly.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free domestic ground shipping for all orders over $50.

How long will it take to get my order?

Ground Shipping takes around 3-7 business days.  Expedited Shipping should arrive the following business day.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Please review our international shipping policies here on the site. 

Will I get tracking information?

Once your order has been processed for delivery and shipped out from our facilities, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that contains a tracking number.

I need to return my item

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your item within thirty (30) days of receipt.  Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. Unfortunately at this time we cannot take returns for international orders.

Request returns and print shipping labels here. Please note a $7.95 restocking fee will be applied.

I lost my return label, can I get another one?

Please email customer theshop@standardhotels.com to get your shipping label resent.

Can I return my online order in-store?

At this time we cannot accept online returns or exchanges at our brick-and-mortar Standard Shops.

When will I be refunded?

Please allow 10-14 business days from the time your package arrives back to us for a refund to be issued.

What type of payments do you take?

We take all major credit cards and PayPal. 

When will I be charged?

You are charged at the time of purchase.
