RETURNS

POLICY
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your item within thirty (30) days of receipt. If you would like to exchange an item, you will need to place a NEW order for the item that you wish to exchange. Unfortunately, at this time we cannot take returns for international orders.

*Some products such as our edibles like our Lord Jones CBD Gumdrops, are not returnable. 

CONDITIONS
Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags attached.

REFUNDS
Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment, less a $7.95 restocking fee. Please allow 7 to 10 business days from the time your package arrives back to us for a refund to be issued.

SHIPPING

SHIPPING RATES & TIMING
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Ground or FedEx Overnight. All international orders are shipped via DHL. Please note we do not pay or estimate VAT taxes for international orders.

Orders placed by 12pm EST Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12pm EST or holidays are shipped the next business day.

$10 for orders under $50   3-10 business days

FEDEX OVERNIGHT
$20 flat rate   Next business day
